Story
Starting off in Santa Barbara, California in 1979 working the dishwasher position in an Mexican Restaraunt.
I decided to travel to Alaska in 1985 where I started working in the fish processing factory. That didn't work out-went backwards and not of interest to me.
I discovered I enjoy working in restaurants, in Valdez they didn't cook what I knew.
From 1985-1990 worked in several different positions varying from dishwasher to cooking, my interest was cooking and stuck.
In 2000 I worked with my sister-in-law to started my own Mexican Mobile Restaraunt in Valdez, AK.
This branched out my services throughout Alaska stretching from Glennallen to Fairbanks, Anchorage to Seward, in many different locations.
In 2018 I move to Glennallen where my Restaraunt and mobile grill where I am currently located.
I've worked hard to start up my business and am committed to manage my Restaurant successfully.
In 1995 I met my beautiful wife, Amalia (Suki) we got married and raised a family.
My wife's occupation was being a hair dresser and she managed the Salon we owned.
We continue to work hard in our businesses, and work hard for what we own.
